'Overnight Chia Pudding' Recipe

Let’s get started!

Ingredients:

✔️ 3 tbsp chia seeds ✔️ 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) ✔️ 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup ✔️ 1/2 tsp vanilla extract ✔️ Fresh fruits & nuts for topping

Mix Ingredients

In a jar or bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir well to avoid clumps.

Let it set

Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and creamy

Add Topings

Top with fresh fruits, nuts, and a drizzle of honey for extra flavor!
